PMK Group — Bringing clarity and consistency to a multi-activity digital ecosystem.

THE CONTEXT

Creating one clear digital presence for a diverse group

PMK Group brings together several complementary activities within the same organisation. The objective was to rethink its digital ecosystem and create a stronger common structure, making it easier to understand who the group is, what it does and how its different activities connect. The project therefore combined digital identity, information architecture and content structure within one coherent experience.

THE CHALLENGE

Making a diverse organisation immediately understandable

When several activities coexist within the same group, clarity becomes essential. Visitors need to understand the overall organisation while quickly finding the information that is relevant to them. The challenge was to create a hierarchy capable of connecting these different levels without fragmenting the experience. At the same time, the new digital environment needed to establish a consistent visual and editorial language that could evolve with the group over time.

OUR RESPONSE

One structure connecting identity, content and experience

We approached the project as a complete digital system rather than a visual redesign alone. Information architecture, UX writing, digital identity and interface components were developed together to create clearer user journeys and a more consistent expression of the group. The result is a structure in which each activity retains its role while contributing to one recognisable and coherent digital presence.

DIGITAL IDENTITY

Creating a clear and confident visual language

We developed a restrained digital identity built around a consistent palette, typography, iconography and contrast principles. The visual system gives content a central role while establishing stable references throughout the website. This creates an environment that feels structured and credible, with a distinctive presence that supports the information rather than competing with it.

ARCHITECTURE & CONTENT

Structuring information around essential questions

The information architecture was reorganised around three fundamental questions: who are we, what do we do and how can people work with us? A streamlined structure reduces duplication and creates clear pillar pages for the group’s vision, activities, team and contact information. UX writing follows the same principle, with explicit titles, concise introductions and focused paragraphs designed to make content easier to scan and understand.

DESIGN SYSTEM

Building consistency into every page

A modular library of reusable components and templates was created for activity cards, team sections, calls-to-action, listings and recurring content formats. This design system establishes consistency across the website while making future pages and updates faster to produce. The platform can therefore evolve while preserving the same visual and functional principles.

EDITORIAL GOVERNANCE

Giving teams a framework for future content

We also defined practical editorial rules covering heading levels, introductory text lengths, imagery and media naming. These guidelines provide a simple framework for maintaining the quality and consistency of the website as new content is added. The objective is to make the system sustainable beyond the initial redesign and easier for internal teams to manage over time.

THE RESULT

A clearer and more coherent digital ecosystem

PMK Group now has a digital environment that makes its organisation and activities easier to understand and navigate. Identity, architecture, content and reusable components work together as one system, providing a coherent foundation for the group’s current communication and future development.
