The challenge: stand out without standing in the way

European elections, 6–9 June 2024. Inside the European Parliament, the task is clear and demanding: make #useyourvote unmissable on site, without disrupting flows or adding operational friction. We were asked for a mobile, flexible solution worthy of the venue.

Our approach: modularity that serves the message

We designed a modular stand tailored to the building’s constraints: interchangeable formats, adjustable heights, reversible angles depending on traffic. Each module carries a facet of the campaign (information, education, call to action) while the whole forms a clear landmark in the lobby.

Dignified design, built to last

Clean lines, durable materials, refined finishes: institutional without feeling distant. Surfaces are specified to withstand heavy use and remain pristine. Messaging is readable from afar, with a hierarchy that guides the eye in seconds.

Easy setup, true mobility

No special tools required: an intuitive assembly system, secure connectors, concealed cabling for lighting and screens. Once dismantled, the stand fits into dedicated cases—compact and easy to move from one area to another. The on-site team can set up and break down quickly without blocking the lobby.

Outcome: presence that sustains attention

Throughout the campaign, the structure delivered a continuous presence in the lobby, acting as a welcoming information point and a strong visual signature for #useyourvote. It’s reusable and ready to be reconfigured for future milestones.
