An international alliance of industry leaders, Charter of Trust aims to embody trust and collaboration in the digital world. Our task: a full website redesign—starting from zero audience—to turn it into a central reference platform.
Our stance: clarity, credibility, editorial backbone
We shaped a clear information architecture for key audiences (policymakers, CISOs, members, press): pillar pages on principles, a resource hub (publications, positions, events), and storytelling that foregrounds evidence and impact. Tone: sober, proof-led.
Experience & design: a modular system built to scale
A modular design system (editorial blocks, fact boxes, quotes, timelines) lets the team build rich pages without reinventing each time. Multilingual, mobile-first, accessible (WCAG), with crisp hierarchy and responsible imagery.
SEO, performance & editorial governance
Clean semantics, structured data, Open Graph, Core Web Vitals targets; internal-linking plan and taxonomies (topics, sectors) to surface content. Under the hood: publishing workflows, translation pipeline, and editorial guardrails to keep the site coherent and current.
Activating from zero: leverage the collective
With no initial audience, we designed an amplification plan: member-ready social kits, a newsroom primed for distribution, snackable captures, and email subscription to build a qualified base as content grows.
