Activations designed to engage, perform, and build loyalty For several years, Creativeroom has been supporting FAST RETAIL and TOTALENERGIES in the rollout of customer contests held at service stations across the Belux. In close collaboration with Fast Retail — the project lead in charge of print production and on-site branding — we manage the entire digital scope of these campaigns.
Each activation is unique. Our role includes the design of dedicated web platforms (featuring interactive games), the creation of animations, promotional banners, and personalized emailings. We also handle the technical coordination with TotalEnergies’ partners, monitor performance, and ensure continuous optimization to engage up to 500,000 participants per campaign.
This collaboration has allowed us to design highly engaging experiences for campaigns conducted with prestigious brands — a strong example of successful integration between physical and digital branding, all in the service of customer satisfaction.
